Job Title: Administrative Services Work Study Position - Receptionist
Description:

The work-study student shall assist the office in the overall duties of the Equal Opportunity Programs, Training & Development, and Disability Services. This position reports to the Program Coordinator in the office.
  • Greet and direct students, family, faculty, and other office visitors
  • Make appointments and answer general office questions
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
  • Create and maintain files
  • Data entry on the computer
  • Maintain copy room supplies
  • Special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to adapt quickly from one task to another
  • Ability to pay close attention to details
