The administration and faculty at Drexel work hard to achieve a welcoming environment in which all members of the Drexel community, regardless of race, sex, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, nationality, religious affiliation, or disability, have the opportunity to participate in Drexel’s rich tradition of scholarship, teaching, and service. The Office of Faculty Development and Equity sponsors various initiatives that support faculty members to foster an atmosphere of inclusion and respect. The Office’s initiatives and events provide faculty support, networking and recognition, and offer resources for faculty with diverse needs, interests and experiences.
