I am pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Bryan as Director of Libraries, effective September 30, 2005. Jane was chosen after a national search and comes to us from Princeton University where she was Associate University Librarian for Public Services and Collection Development. She earned a B.A. from Wellesley College and an M.L.S. in Library Science from Drexel. Prior to joining Princeton she was Head of the Reference Department of the University of Pennsylvania's Van Pelt Library.
I want to thank John Wiggins for his service as Interim Librarian during this time.
