When to Begin: Fall Quarter 2007
Courses Involved: All gradable sections to which you are assigned as the instructor of record
Students Involved: All students enrolled in your course(s)
Procedure:
- Access the "Final Grades Worksheet" in BannerWeb via the DrexelOne Portal at the end of the second week of classes. This is the same path that you would use when submitting final grades.
(NOTE: You must be the primary instructor of record on the course in Banner in order to add the necessary data)
- Select the appropriate Term & Course when prompted (e.g. 200715 and ENGL 101)
- On the "Final Grades Worksheet" input the appropriate attendance value in the "Attend Hours" field (shown below)
*Please record a one (1) to indicate that the student has attended this class or a zero (0) to indicate that the student has NOT attended this class. Please note that a blank will indicate that attendance was not recorded.
