Membership is open to students from underrepresented populations (African American, American Indian and Latino students) who are majoring in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

Students are asked to schedule a meeting with the Associate Director of the Program at a minimum of twice per month to review progress with regard to academics, scholarship as well as personal and professional development.
