Pay the fall tuition deposit and return the Memorandum of Understanding (if applicable) to the Office of Admissions by May 1st. Pick up your official Drexel email account as soon as possible. If you have a disability, contact the Office of Disability Resources immediately to begin the documentation process. It takes time! You cannot seek accommodation during Dragon Summer without an Accommodation Verification Letter (AVL) from that office. Accommodations cannot be granted retroactively. Do not send this check to the Office of Admissions, Bursar/Billing, or Student Resource Center. Review the rules and regulations that govern program participation. Complete the legal release form and mail it to: Dragon Summer, Drexel Learning Center, 3210 Chestnut Street, Creese 050, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Alternatively, you can scan this form and e-mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Complete all immunization requirements. Health documentation should be sent directly to the office located on the immunization form. Please write "Dragon Summer" at the top of your form and use "07/13" as the date of entry into Drexel. Your form will not be processed correctly if you forget to do this. Decide whether to commute or live on campus during the program. If you decide to stay in Dragon Summer housing, write a check for $1,150 made payable to Drexel University and mail it with the completed housing agreement to: Dragon Summer, Drexel Learning Center, 3210 Chestnut Street, Creese 050, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Do not send this check to the Office of Admissions, Bursar/Billing, or Student Resource Center. Additionally, we ask that this check be written separately from the $50 activity fee; but it can be mailed in the same envelope. Complete a FERPA waiver for one or more parent/guardian. We cannot speak with anyone about your participation in Dragon Summer without this waiver on file with the university. This is a requirement of your participation in the program. It can be revoked upon completion of the program. Complete the university placement examinations.
