Dell's Premier page is set up specifically for Drexel University.

• To register, simply click here.
• The Premier Dell.com page opens
• Enter the requested profile information
• Make sure to use your Drexel e-mail address
• Choose your own password
• Click Submit

This takes you to the Welcome page displaying your name and Drexel logo and you are now ready to make purchases online.

NOTE: The Premier Dell site allows you to, without a quote place an order online with your purchasing card, or create/save an e-quote of your order for placement at a later date. Simply click on Purchasing Tools and go to Your Dell Store page. When getting a quote, it's advisable to get an e-quote instead of a regular quote. However, if you decide to obtain a regular quote, you must have the quote assigned to Customer Number 102388066, by our Dell representative, for a credit card purchase, then you can place the order online from the Quote to Order page.

When placing an order, pay close attention to the Shipping Address Instructions specified on the Premier Dell.com Welcome page.

The following instructions detail what information first time users must enter to register correctly.

• Go to Fisher Scientific's website
• Click on New User? (top right)
• On Second page, enter account number as applicable:
  Drexel University Main Campus (University City): 216960002
  Drexel University College of Medicine, Hahnemann Division: 697418001
  Drexel University College of Medicine, Queen Lane Division: 697418004
  Drexel University College of Medicine, MCP Division: 697418010
  Drexel University College of Medicine, EPPI Division: 697418003
  Drexel University College of Medicine, SCHC Division: 697418009
• Choose your own username and password, and submit.

NOTE: My Profile section is at the bottom of Fisher's page. When ordering for someone else, you can change the Attention field and Order Number from within My Profile section.

FYI On Fisher's web page, the billing address is set up in accordance with location/account number, and is not indicative of the credit card billing address.

There are two phases in McKesson's registration process.

PHASE 1
You must first be assigned an account number.
Start with McKesson Account Number Registration Form
Fill out all requested information.
Make sure to enter complete and specific ship to address(s).
Submit Form.
Within 24 hours, you will receive your account number.

PHASE 2
Once you have your account number, you can go to McKesson's web site (see link below) to complete your registration on line.
Under the Customer Login area, click on Supply Management Online
In the login area, click on Register
Under Medical-Surgical Customers, click on Medical-Surgical Registration Form
From the drop down menu in the blue box, choose Hospital / IDN
Click Continue
Proceed with registration by filling out all required information.
Here, you will enter the Account Number that was assigned to you.
Submit.
Within 24 hours, you will receive your user id and password from McKesson.

NOTE: When ordering, you may choose your own PO number for your reference (the day's date for example). To add, delete or alter shipping addresses, contact your Account Manager at McKesson.

Web Site

The following instructions detail what information first time users must enter to register correctly.

• Go to Newark's web Site
• Click on Register
• Click to choose Business option, then Proceed button
• Enter your Login, Contact, and Billing information
• For Account #, enter Drexel's account number: 427801
• Complete all information and Submit

FYI Newark has a minimum limit of $25.00 per order.

Unlike our other preferred vendors, Office Depot's web site is set up specifically for online purchases using cost center numbers only.

We have two accounts with Office Depot, one for Drexel University and the other for Drexel University College of Medicine. These accounts correspond to our cost center numbers.

Before you can logon and use Office Depot's web site (see link below), you must register to have your own user-account set up under one or both of these accounts.

NOTE: Prior to submitting the form, please make sure that it is complete and accurate. Your information will be processed and user-account set up in approximately 1 week.

After initial set up, should you require any changes to your cost center numbers or shipping addresses, simply contact Purchasing. Please do not submit a second registration form.

PC Mall has a customized corporate access page set up specifically for Drexel University. The following instructions detail what information first time users must enter to register correctly.

• Go to PC Mall's website
• Enter Drexel's global login information as follows:
  Username: drexel
  Password: drexeluniv
• Submit.
• Continue by completing your user registration information.
• Change the defaulted entries on this page to reflect your own Address and Telephone information.
• Here you also choose your own username and password.
• Submit.
• Now you are ready to make purchases on line.

NOTE: When placing your first order, and completing your Account Information on the Checkout page, enter the Billing Address in the Address section. The system will automatically default the shipping address to match billing address,so you must Change shipping address information. With subsequent orders, click on Change shipping address to Add New or simply Choose the correct one for your order.

To ensure proper registration, start with Sigma Aldrich Registration Form.
Fill out all requested information.
For University Name, under both Mailing and Shipping addresses, enter either Drexel University or Drexel University College of Medicine, as applicable.
Submit the form.

Within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration. Then you are ready to shop at Sigma Aldrich's web site.

NOTE: When placing an order, verify the Ship To address for the order, click on Change Address to add Name/Department information. Purchasing Card Bill To address is already set. When filling out your Profile information, Billing Address here is your mailing address so that a copy of the invoice is sent to you.
