Office Supplies

Beginning September 29, 2014 departmental office supplies must be purchased via Drexel Smart Source.  Shoppers/Requesters simply login via the employee tab on DrexelOne and shop online.  Phone orders are prohibited.

Purchase Orders will be issued to the vendor so it is no longer necessary to select cost center information in Telrose.  Moreover, it is no longer necessary to set up accounts or maintain separate login credentials.

Returns can be made online within 30 days from the date of purchase:

  1. Login to your Telrose account and click ORDER TRACKING
  2. Select the order number that you need to make a return on click the SUBMIT RETURN button
  3. Select the item(s) you want to return and enter the quantity and the reason
  4. Click the CONTINUE button
  5. Review the information and if correct click the SUBMIT RETURN button

Your return pickup will be scheduled to coincide with your next delivery or within 5 days if no orders are scheduled. Online returns can only be performed once per order. To return additional items please contact Telrose Customer Service.
