Departmental office supplies must be purchased from the Telrose Corporation website (www.telrosecorp.com/drexel). Registered users simply login and shop online. Ordering by phone is not allowed.
All payment information is saved to your profile; no additional payment information is needed at checkout.
Create an Account
To use this service and place orders, authorized individuals must first set up an account and receive login credentials. Select the appropriate link (to the right), fill out the form, and submit your information.
You will then receive an email confirming your account approval within 24 hours.
Items specifically discounted for Drexel are marked with symbol.
Returns can be made online within 30 days from the date of purchase:
- Login to your Telrose account and click ORDER TRACKING
- Select the order number that you need to make a return on click the SUBMIT RETURN button
- Select the item(s) you want to return and enter the quantity and the reason
- Click the CONTINUE button
- Review the information and if correct click the SUBMIT RETURN button
Your return pickup will be scheduled to coincide with your next delivery or within 5 days if no orders are scheduled. Online returns can only be performed once per order. To return additional items please contact Telrose Customer Service.
