STAR Review Timeline: Phase I
The Huron Team began December 3, 2012 collecting data through their confidential online survey and conducting on-campus interviews about Drexel’s organizational structure, policies, procedures, and budgeting and staffing. Phase 1 will extended over 17 weeks, ending on March 25, and will result in a series of recommendations for operational effectiveness and an implementation plan to be carried out in Phase 2.
