"Will Express for Freedom: Placemaking for the soul" is an interactive/intersectional spoken word and hip hop performance & workshop event for any and all creative spirits in the West Philadelphia community and beyond.

With the world changing at lightening speed and given the current energy of the country, many of us are seeking a creative outlet or a safe space to express ourselves and to simply enjoy the freedom of expression. Featuring performances by Vision and Lyrispect, this workshop/performance will bring people together who want to listen, create, converse and even share work they create amongst neighbors and friends in the beautiful backdrop of the Pearlstein Gallery on Drexel's campus. No previous experience required. Come out to connect. Meet your neighbors...and move the needle forward on progress.
