Drexel and MCP Hahnemann President Constantine Papadakis to be Keynote Speaker at Eastern College Honors Convocation

What: Dr. Constantine Papadakis, President of Drexel and MCP Hahnemann Universities will discuss the future of higher education when he delivers the keynote addresses to students and faculty at Eastern College’s Honors Convocation.
When/Where: Friday, January 28, 2000. 10-11:15 a.m. Eastern College’s McInnis Auditorium, 1300 Eagle Road in St. David’s, Pa. Keynote address approximately 10:15 a.m.
Background: Papadakis, who has the distinction of being president of two universities concurrently, will discuss higher education’s move towards student-centered institutions of higher learning in his keynote address.
The Honors Convocation, which marks the formal start of the College’s spring term, will be presided over by Eastern’s President, Dr. David Black. In addition to Papadakis’s keynote address, the ceremony will feature musical selections and recognition of student academic achievement. Convocation begins and ends with a procession that will include faculty in full academic regalia.
