As we contemplate the future of so-called connected teaching and learning, there are more than a few gazelles out there inventing it, with awe-inspiring technologies and innovative practices that will empower us to expand our online education horizons well beyond the boundaries of our imagination.

In her presentation, Dr. Susan Aldridge, President of Drexel University Online, takes a closer look at some of these virtual “pockets of genius” – from educational games and simulations, to holograms and holographs, to robotics, augmented reality, and wearable technology. In addition to highlighting digital learning tools, Dr. Aldridge explores their potential on forward-focused campuses like ours here at Drexel.
