List of Student Organization Space for 2011-2012 AY year

The following information is based on the Space Allocation Committee’s recommendation for student organization office and storage space for 2011 – 2012. Please review the recommendation and note any concerns or questions you may have. All application materials are available for your review if needed.  Fifty-three student organizations applied for storage and office space and all fifty-three were approved. Storage Lockers:

The following organizations did not re-apply for office space and will have to move
out of their current space by June 3, 2011:

Timeline for Student Organizations: -

• May 27, 2011 – All organizations will be notified via:
  1. Letter in their student organization mailbox
  2. Email with letter attached
• May 31 – June 8, 2011 – Move-out and renewals completed
• June 20 – October 7, 2011 – Move-in and Renewals occur (organizations must arrange time with Student Union Operations)
