Drexel University - Office of Campus Activities

For the 2009-2010 academic year, CEO II will offer two (2) different advanced leadership training opportunities. Students will have the opportunity to participate in either one of the following two Leadership Tracks:

Track #1 (TUESDAYS): Learning The 17 Essential Qualities of a Team Player

Track #2 (THURSDAYS): Learning The 17 Indisputable Laws of Teamwork

Requirements

1. Attend at least six (6) of eight (8) Leadership Trainings for either one of the two Leadership Tracks.
     a. Four trainings will be held during the Fall Term
     b. Four trainings will be held during the Winter Term
     c. Students may choose to attend either the daytime (4:00 pm - 5:30 pm)
           or evening (6:00 pm - 7:30 pm) series of Leadership Trainings

2. Attend at least two (2) of five (5) Specialty Events held throughout the Fall, Winter, and Spring Terms
     a. Specialty Events may include programs such as:
          i. Challenge courses
          ii. Corporate visits
          iii. Exclusive leadership speakers
          iv. Off-campus excursions

3. Complete and submit at least five (5) Take Action assignments based on the materials presented in the Leadership Trainings

4. Complete one 2 page culmination paper at the end of the series, to demonstrate understanding of the material.

While these assignments are not graded, they provide rich opportunities for you to apply the leadership insights and skills you will learn.
