If your event does qualify to receive CEO credit, you will need to ensure that attendance is taken the day of your event and have the audience complete a brief 60-second survey (sign-in sheets and surveys are provided by OCA). You can pick up a folder for your "CEO Certified" event on the day of or the day before the program from the mailbox located outside of the office of the Associate Director of Campus Activities (Room 32F in the SORC – lower level, Creese Center). You can return the files in the same mailbox upon completion of the programs. You can keep the yellow carbon copy portion of the surveys for your own program assessment. If you wish to have a copy of the attendance sheet, one can be emailed to you upon request (email ceo@drexel.edu).
