How does the process work?

  • A complete listing of CEO PROs, and the workshops they can facilitate, will be advertised to our student organizations and leaders for review
  • Students will need to contact the CEO PROs directly to determine:
    • whether or not a workshop topic and time/date fit in everyone’s schedule.
    • where best to host the workshop.
  • The student organization and student leaders will be solely responsible for reserving space and gathering any needed audio/visual equipment.
  • Students will earn CEO credit for participating in these workshops and presentations.

What is expected of me if I choose to be a CEO PRO?

  • All that is expected of CEO PROs is:
    • to choose between 1-3 workshop topics that you could present to a student organization,
    • to receive and respond to communication from our student leaders and organizations and determine whether or not it is feasible to find a time that fits in everyone’s schedule to facilitate a workshop
    • to present your workshop and make a difference in the lives of our students

What is my commitment?

  • CEO PROs are not obligated to present a minimum nor maximum amount of workshops
  • There is no obligation to present a workshop simply because a student leader or organization contacted you.
    • It is entirely up to you to determine whether or not presenting a workshop fits into your own time schedule.

What if I am not available when the organization wants to meet?

  • If you are not available when the group wants to host a workshop, then the organization will need to contact another CEO PRO or will need to adapt to your schedule.

How are attendance records and evaluations tracked?

  • Attendance sheets and evaluations will be made available to CEO PROs for their workshop.
  • After the workshop, CEO PROs will submit the attendance sheets and evaluations to the Office of Campus Activities.

Where do I present the workshops?

  • Student leaders and the CEO PROs can determine where best to host the workshop.  The student organization and student leaders will be responsible for reserving the space.

How long does the workshop have to be?

  • The length of the workshop can be agreed upon between the student leaders and the CEO PRO.  In order for the students in attendance at the workshop to receive CEO Program credit, it is recommended that the workshop last at least 1 hour.

Is there a minimum number of people I have to meet with?

  • OCA and the CEO Program does not require a minimum number of participants, but the CEO PROs are more than welcome to determine a minimum number of students they would need to meet with and to communicate this to the student leaders.

How do I acquire any necessary audio/visual equipment?

  • If audio/visual equipment is needed for your workshop, then the CEO PRO will need to communicate this to the student leader.  It is the obligation of the student leaders to acquire any necessary audio/visual equipment.

How do I become a CEO PRO?

  • Contact Ari Hauben at CEO@drexel.edu or at 215-895-2168 stating that you desire to join the CEO PRO team and identifying what workshop topics you are willing to offer.
