This workshop takes an in-depth look at the four main leadership styles which are outlined as early as in the work of Hippocrates’ discussions of the four humours, in Plato’s ideas about character and personality; continuing through the analysis of Swedish psychologist Carl Jung and currently derived from the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Through interactive games, tasks, and leadership assignments, we’ll look at each of the four leadership styles in depth and how we learn to act within our preferred leadership style while appreciating the contributions of others.
