Commuter, Graduate and Transfer Student Programs and Services (CGTSPS) enhances the University’s mission by the creation of community through transformative learning opportunities. In the summer of 2007, CGTSPS created a new substantive programmatic curriculum based upon the concept of Learning Communities.
