Please help the sisters of Phi Sigma Sigma at Drexel University help one of our Professors Erin Johnson & her little girl Sierra. Sierra has acute lymphoblastic leukemia and KMT2A (MLL) Gene Rearrangement, a disease that only 30-50 kids in her age group have in the entire country.  Professor Johnson is unable to work because she spends a lot of time making sure Sierra is getting the best treatment possible at CHOP. When the sisters of Phi Sigma Sigma asked Professor Johnson what we could do to make their lives’ better she asked we help her reach her goal of donating at least the same amount of blood back that Sierra has received in the form of transfusions. Being a nurse herself, Professor Johnson is so thankful for all the people who donated blood and wants to make sure others have access to the same resources that Sierra does! We plan to hold are cross blood drive in honor of her daughter Sierra. The blood donations do not go directly to Sierra but will help save so many other's lives! As the community service chair I have already been in contact with Red Cross. At this event Phi Sigma Sigma will also provide free food items to the people who were generous enough to donate and volunteer. Below is a link to Sierra's go fund me page. https://www.gofundme.com/SweetSierraJohnson
