Terri Ruff

Terri grew up in Mapleton, Utah.  She graduated from Temple University and earned her B.S. in Exercise Physiology in 2007.  She completed an additional year at West Chester University in nutrition and developed a passion for Nutrition . 

Terri is partnering with eight schools in the School District of Philadelphia this school year.  They are Blaine James G. School, Kearny General Phillips School, Harding Warren G. Middle School, Overbrook High School, Conwell Russell Middle School, Leeds Morris Middle School, Philadelphia Military Acadamy at Leeds.  She thoroughly enjoys teaching the My Pyramid lesson because she knows how important learning the basics of nutrition is and feels that this is a stepping stone to becoming a healthier person.

In her free time, Terri enjoys spending time with her bunny and puppy who loves playing with each other.  Terri also, loves music and can be found dancing when she thinks no one is watching.  Her favorite snacks are popcorn and favorite vegetable is artichokes.
