Jessica Fullmer
Jessica came to the program from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she received her BS degree in Nutrition. In May of 2010 she obtained her Masters in Public Health from Drexel University. Jessica has one son, Brady.
Jessica partners with seven schools in the School District of Philadelphia. These schools are: Penn Treaty Middle School, Beeber Middle School, Gompers Elementary School, Stetson Middle School, ML King High School, Longstreth Elementary School and Widener Memorial School. Jessica’s favorite lessons to teach are Fast Food and Calcium. She believes that the children can relate to Fast Food the best, as they become very interested when learning about their favorite fast foods. The Calcium lesson teaches the importance of building strong bones which is vital to the present and future health of the children. Personally, Jessica loves to go running, hiking, camping and any other activity that will bring her outdoors. While she loves most foods, mangos are her favorite fruit and spaghetti squash is her favorite vegetable.
