Denise Cackowski

Denise graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia with a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science in 2009.  She is currently enrolled in Drexel University’s Masters Program in Food Science. 

Denise partners with five schools within the School District of Philadelphia. They are Tilden Middle School, Barratt Middle School, Arthur Elementary School, Philadelphia HS for Business and Motivation High School.  Denise loves to hear stories from parents and teachers about how the students are demanding healthy food and spreading the value of eating a nutritious diet. 

In her free time, Denise enjoys gardening, cooking, and making homemade fruit wines.  Her favorite fruit is pineapple and her favorite vegetable is cauliflower.
