On April 25, Lancaster Avenue will be home to the new West Philadelphia Fresh Food Hub. A partnership between Preston's Paradise, Greensgrow Farms, the People's Emergency Center and Drexel, the Fresh Food Hub is a non-profit locally-owned project bringing high-quality, affordable produce and grocery items to West Philadelphia. This customized market truck will be regularly parked at 37th Street and Lancaster Avenue four days a week from April 25 through November, and will also make stops at the Durham Free Library in Mantua, as well as several senior housing agencies. Hours are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from noon till 6 p.m., and Saturdays from noon until 3 p.m.

The West Philadelphia Fresh Food Hub will offer great programs to meet your shopping needs, including:
- Greensgrow CSA shares
- Farm to Families local produce boxes
- A local foods buying club for grains, nuts, and prepared items
- Local milk and eggs from Lancaster county
- Fresh bread from Four Worlds Bakery
- Organic produce from Preston's Paradise
- Bananas, avocados, oranges, and all your other favorites
