Spring is here and with it the last phase of the annual performance management cycle. Supervisors should move performance evaluations into the “Assessment” phase in the online performance management tool so that professional staff can complete the self-assessment step. The recommended timeline below will assist through the completion of the performance cycle. Your specific timeline may differ slightly; please follow your division or departmental instructions.
- April 1 - 15
Professional staff members complete self-assessments in the online tool
- April 15- May 10
Managers complete and finalize assessments online
- May 10 – 24
Departments/Colleges/Divisions review all performance evaluations
- May 24
All signed performance evaluations, including faculty evaluations, due to Human Resources electronically
Human Resources will be offering refresher sessions on April 3 in University City and April 10 in Center City for using the system and for evaluating performance on the University City and Center City campuses . Log in to Career Pathway through the Employees tab of DrexelOne to register for a session.
