  • Mayor Nutter, Councilwoman Blackwell to Raise Flag at Drexel Honoring Martin Luther King Jr.

    The flag, created in 1997 by Joseph T. Finn, president of Automated Builders Consortium Foundation, represents King’s mission of peace, love and brotherhood. The flag, which will be raised May 6, flies in Atlantic City, N.J., and Finn plans to fly it in cities nationwide.
