2nd Annual PMP/Appendiceal Cancer Multidisciplinary Symposium 2017

This symposium is designed to provide medical oncologists, general surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, NPs, PAs and nurses who are involved in the management of cancer patients with the most recent information available, especially covering in depth the latest advances in the treatment of PMP/appendiceal cancer.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of the activity, participants should be able to:
- Discuss current guidelines for the diagnosis and management of PMP/appendiceal cancer.
- Describe the role of state-of-the-art radiologic evaluation in the diagnosis and subsequent management of PMP/appendiceal cancer.
- Explain current pathologic classification systems for PMP/appendiceal cancer.
- Discuss the role of genomic profiling and personalized medicine for PMP/appendiceal cancer.
- Emphasize the importance of a multidisciplinary management, team approach in the care of PMP/appendiceal cancer.
