The Office of Faculty Affairs & Professional Development provides administrative support and professional development to our faculty. The office manages employment and academic appointment, promotion and tenure processes; provides oversight and guidance for Standing Committees of the College of Medicine; serves as the central repository for recording, analyzing and distributing information about faculty; and develops programs to help faculty achieve their professional goals.
The development and retention of outstanding faculty, and ensuring faculty vitality, are critical to the success of our institution. This office is committed to doing just that.
