Lunch and Leader to Leader Dialogues
This is an important time for leaders and fellow(s) to meet to discuss next steps in her leadership pathway. Many of our ELAM-experienced deans remark that this is the most important time in the Forum for them because they are able to discuss institutional leadership initiatives outside the distractions of the usual office day.

Graduation (2:45 – 4 p.m.) and Reception (4 – 6 p.m.)
We invite you to stay on after the Forum to attend the fellows' graduation and reception. This year we are pleased to have Carol A. Aschenbrener, MD, former chief medical officer for the Association of American Medical Colleges as our graduation speaker.
