Patricia
A. Daly is an Assistant Co-op Professor. She is a magna
cum laude graduate of Temple University School of Law,
where she served as an Articles Editor for The Temple
Law Review. Professor Daly has spent the majority of
her career working in the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
As the deputy clerk for the Honorable Phyllis W. Beck
for over 14 years, Professor Daly drafted legal opinions,
co-wrote a number of scholarly articles, and mentored
new lawyers and summer interns. She also instructed law
clerks statewide on ethical issues in judicial chambers.
She has been an adjunct instructor of Legal Writing at
both Temple and Widener Law Schools. In addition to her
Co-op duties, Professor Daly will teach Appellate Advocacy
in the spring of 2008.
