Obamacare after the Election: Apocalypse or Resurrection

This discussion will offer insights about the impact of the mid-term elections on the future of the Affordable Care Act, President Obama's signature effort to extend health care coverage to uninsured Americans.

The event will feature insights and predictions from the Philadelphia Inquirer's Field Clinic blog, founded and edited by Professor Robert Field of the Kline School of Law and the Drexel School of Public Health.  Additional speakers will include:

  • Antoinette Kraus, Director of the Pennsylvania Health Access Network
  • Mark V. Pauly, Bendheim Professor, Professor of Health Care Management and Professor of Business Economics and Public Policy at the Wharton School
  • Dr. Paula L. Stillman, Health Care Consultant and past Vice President at Temple University Hospital
  • Robert Field, Professor of Law and Professor of Health Care Management and Policy, founder and editor of The Field Clinic, moderator
