The Supreme Court's Ruling in Hobby Lobby and its Impact

Ilya Shapiro and Professor Robert Field of the law school and the School of Public Health will discuss the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in the Hobby Lobby case, which allows corporations with religious owners cannot be required to pay for insurance coverage of contraception on behalf of employees.  Shapiro is the senior fellow in constitutional law and constitutional studies at the Cato Institute, a libertarian think-tank located in Washington, D.C.
