Associate Dean for Career Strategies Donna Gerson has become one of the newest members of the Forum of Executive Women, an organization of over 400 executives in the Greater Philadelphia region working to expand the impact and influence of women leaders in the area. 

Dean Gerson also serves on the Trustees’ Council of Penn Women, the first alumnae leadership organization of its kind, where she co-chairs the Student Life Committee. 

A consultant since 2001, Dean Gerson has lectured on career strategies at law schools around the nation and at conferences and professional development institutes organized by the Association for Legal Career Professionals (NALP). She has led webinars for West LegalEd Center on small firm hiring, client development, student debt and networking skills. She has also provided individual counseling to students and recent law school graduates.
