Professor Bret Asbury Presents on Loyalty, Diversity and

On Oct. 5, Professor Bret Asbury gave a talk on Loyalty, Diversity and Color-Blindness as part of the 2011 Faculty Speaker Series at Texas Wesleyan School of Law.

Asbury’s scholarly interests focus on jurisprudence and law and literature. His publications include “Anti-Snitching Norms and Community Loyalty,” in the Oregon Law Review, and the forthcoming “Why the Bluebook Matters: What Judge Posner and Its Other Critics Miss,” in the Tennessee Law Review.
