Pepperdine Law Events Feature Professor Nancy Kraybill’s Expertise in ADR

Professor Nancy Kraybill will discuss "Teaching Arbitration in an ADR Survey Course" at the Teaching Law School ADR Courses: Mediation, Negotiation, Arbitration, and the ADR Overview Course conference on June 21 at Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, Calif.

The conference, organized by the school's Straus Dispute Resolution Institute, will compare approaches and gather new ideas for teaching, as well as discuss the relationship between ADR in the classroom and in practice.

Professor Kraybill, the Earle Mack School of Law's Director of Academic Skills, returns to the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution as a visiting scholar for the 24th Annual Summer Professional Skills Program in Dispute Resolution from June 23 to 25.

An expert in mediation and arbitration, Professor Kraybill employs a creative variety of approaches in teaching ADR.
