The 2010-2011 Law School Colloquium Series will continue on Feb. 18 with the presentation, "Unmasking Project Finance: Risk Mitigation, Risk Inducement, and an Invitation to Development Disaster," by Shalanda Baker.

Baker is currently a William H. Hastie Fellow at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
