Phi Alpha Delta Cleans Up West Philadelphia Neighborhood October 19, 2010 On Oct. 16, nearly 30 members of the law school's chapter of Phi Alpha Delta participated in a neighborhood clean up in West Philadelphia. Organized by Philadelphia Cares and A Ray of Hope, the community service project included the sweeping of streets, trash collection, weeding and the clearing of overgrown bushes and debris from an abandoned lot.
