Printing to the Westlaw and LexisNexis Dedicated Printers

Dedicated printers to Westlaw and LexisNexis are located in Room 138 on the first floor of Hagerty Library (map).  There is no charge to print to these dedicated printers.

Westlaw setup

To print to the Westlaw printer, select the print icon to call up the print dialogue.  Do not use File->Print or the print icon in your browser to print to the dedicated Westlaw printer, as it will not appear as a printer option.

Select the “Westlaw Printer 2nd Floor Law Library” from the list of options. It should be automatically selected.  If you want to print to other printers that are connected to your printer, choose “Attached Printer.” You can also e-mail the document to yourself, download it to a disc or your laptop, or save it on Westlaw.

Because the Westlaw printer option is linked to your Westlaw password, you can print to the Westlaw printer from any computer you access Westlaw from, including laptops.

If you have any questions about printing to the Westlaw printer or otherwise accessing Westlaw, please contact the Westlaw Student Representative, Mike Hogan, mhogan56@gmail.com, or if the Student Representative is not available, contact the Law Library Circulation Desk (215/571-4772).

LexisNexis setup

To print to the LexisNexis printer, select the print icon to call up the print dialogue.  Do not use File->Print, the print icon in your browser, or the Fast Print icon to print to the LexisNexis dedicated printer, as it will not appear as a printer option.
