Patricia
A. Daly is an Auxiliary Assistant Professor of Co-operative
Education. Professor Daly is a magna
cum laude graduate of Temple University School of
Law, where she served as an articles editor for The
Temple Law Review. Professor Daly has spent the majority
of her career working in the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
As the deputy clerk for the Honorable Phyllis W. Beck
for over 14 years, Professor Daly drafted legal opinions,
co-wrote a number of scholarly articles, and mentored
new lawyers and summer interns. Professor Daly also instructed
law clerks statewide on ethical issues in judicial chambers.
Professor Daly has
been an adjunct instructor of Legal Writing at both Temple
and Widener Law Schools. Professor Daly teaches Lawyering
Practice Seminar at Drexel Law, which is the classroom
component
to the Co-op Program. Students working with our co-op
partners must attend this class, which addresses a variety
of skills, including research and writing refreshers,
ethics in the workplace, legal practice workshops, reflective
journals, public speaking, and professionalism.
