Amanda Harris Souvannamethy is an associate at the Law Offices of Regan Associates, Chartered, in Washington, D.C.

Josh Voss in January will become an associate at Kleinbard Bell & Brecker in Philadelphia, where he will join the firm's government relations practice.

Aaron Hershman, an attorney with the Hershman Legal Group in New Haven, Conn., was named a 2015 Rising Star in Business and Corporate Law.

Tabitha Myers Kennedy is an associate at Ridenour Hienton in Phoenix, Ariz., where she practices in the areas of appellate practice, corporate and business planning, and litigation and dispute resolution.

Shabrei Parker, of counsel at Mincey & Fitzpatrick in Philadelphia, was named a “Lawyer on the Fast Track,” by The Legal Intelligencer in October. In September, she was sworn in as president of the Philadelphia Barristers Association.

Kevin Conrad, who completed a four-year clerkship with U.S. District Judge James Knoll Gardner in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in August, is an associate at White and Williams, where he is a member of  the firm’s Labor and Employment group, based in the Lehigh Valley office.

Priscilla Jimenez, an associate at Kline & Specter who focuses on mass torts and personal injury litigation, is president-elect of the Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania.

Nicole Allen White is director of government and external affairs at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Law Plus Plus, a firm in Durham, N.C. owned and managed by Richard Bobholz and Eric Brei, received an award in the American Bar Association’s national “And Justice for All: An ABA Day of Service.”  Law Plus Plus placed second in the nation among law firms with fewer than 20 attorneys.

Sara Delhauer is an attorney-adviser with the Office of Veterans Law Judges at the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, an agency of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, based in Washington, D.C. There, she reviews and evaluates claims that are under appeal and prepares tentative appellate decisions for review and approval by the veterans law judge.

Kelly Rowe is an associate at the civil litigation firm Goldberg Miller & Rubin, which just opened a new office in Wilmington, Del.

Rachel Weislow, an ESL teacher in Boston, won a 2015 Symantec Innovation in Teaching Award for Storybook Café, a project that encourages students and school staff to tell stories of their families’ immigration and cultural traditions, which has resulted in significant gains in the students’ reading and language skills.

Peter McCall, a litigation associate at Spector Gadon & Rosen in Philadelphia, co-authored two articles, “Artists’ ‘Moral Rights:’ Time-Tested Yet Still Unpredictable,” and “Is Group Copyright Registration of Photos Worth It,” published Oct. 19 and Dec. 17, 2015, respectively, in The Legal Intelligencer.

Barkha Patel is an associate at Bennett Bricklin & Saltzburg in Marlton, N.J., where she focuses her practice in exploring and analyzing potential insurance fraud on the part of medical providers and facilities.

Megan Young, who is clerking at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in San Antonio, Tex., is the co-author of an article, “Beneficiary or Creditor? Where State Constructive Trust Law and the Bankruptcy Distribution Scheme Collide," which will appear in the January/February edition of The Federal Lawyer.

Peter Johnsen, an associate in family law at Shemtob Law in Blue Bell, Pa. and Elia Robertson, an assistant district attorney in Philadelphia, won the University of Pennsylvania Law Review's Public Interest Essay Competition.  Their article, "Protecting, Restoring, Improving: Incorporating Therapeutic Jurisprudence and Restorative Justice Concepts into Civil Domestic Violence Cases," will appear in Volume 164 of the law review.

Meredith Lowry is an associate at Greenblatt, Pierce, Engle, Funt & Flores in Philadelphia, where she concentrates in the area of criminal defense and participates in the firm’s White Collar Criminal Defense & Corporate Investigations group, the Federal Criminal Defense Group and the Pennsylvania and New Jersey criminal practice areas.
