The
first event in the new School of Law building
was a special celebration to honor Judge
Arlin M. Adams (l.), and the Arlin M. Adams
Professor of Legal Writing, Terry
Jean Seligmann (rt.). Judge Adam’s work
as a lawyer and judge exemplifies excellence in
writing and advocacy. His career and achievements
serve as an inspiration for the students in the
legal methods program at Earle Mack School of Law.
Terry Jean Seligmann, as Director of the Legal
Writing program at Drexel, is leading a comprehensive
and intensive program designed to ensure that students
have the analytical and practical skills needed
to be effective lawyers. They were be joined at
the reception by invited guests and friends of
the College of Law.
The
reception was hosted by Schnader Harrison Segal
and Lewis LLP and Earle Mack School of Law. Remarks
were made by Constantine Papadakis, President of
Drexel University, by Ralph Wellington, Chairman
of the Schnader firm; by Jennifer Rosato, Acting
Dean of the College of Law; and by Arlin M. Adams.
