Admissions: How to Apply |

| |
No application fee: There is no fee to apply to the Earle Mack School of Law.
Paperless applications: As part of Drexel University's Green Initiative, the Earle Mack School of Law has gone to a completely paperless application process. The LSAC e-app is available at: http://www.drexel.edu/law/apply.
Before clicking on the LSAC e-app link (above) - please review all of the following information:
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so it's never too late to apply. However, you are encouraged to apply early as admissions decisions are determined by space availability.
To
apply to Drexel Law, you must submit:
- Résumé:
Describe your employment history, including part-time and
summer employment. Attach the résumé to your
application.
- Personal
statement: In an essay, discuss your motivation for attending
law school and why you believe Drexel Law will help you
achieve your goals. Attach the personal statement to your
application.
- LSDAS
registration: All applicants, including those educated
abroad, are required to register with the Law School Data
AssemblyService (LSDAS). The LSDAS will provide a report
to the Earle Mack School of Law containing information
important in the admission process. Visit the Law School
Admission Council Website at www.lsac.org for
more information and to register.
Your report will include:
- Undergraduate
academic summary;
- Undergraduate,
graduate and law/professionalschool transcripts;
- LSAT
scores; and
- Letters
of recommendation (at least two) processed by the Law School
Admission Council (LSAC).
JD/PhD
Program in Law & Psychology
To
apply for the joint degree JD/PhD
Program in Law & Psychology,
all applicants must complete a full JD application per the instructions listed
above. Additionally,
all applicants must complete a separate JD/PhD application. A full description
of the program, the admissions requirements, as well as a link to the application
are available at www.drexel.edu/coas/psychology/jdphd.
Please note that the deadline for applying to the JD/PhD program is December
15, although LSAT and/or GRE scores may be submitted after that date.
International Students
The LSAC offers a credential evaluation service
for international applicants. Applicants who are eligible to use the LSAC service
are required to do so and should have their TOEFL score(s) submitted to LSAC.
All other applicants must have their foreign educational credentials evaluated
by a recognized service such as World Education Service. Official evaluations
must be sent directly to Drexel from the credential evaluation service.
- I-20/DS-2019 and supporting financial documents (international students only): Please print and complete the I-20/DS-2019
Application Form (available at www.drexel.edu/em/PDF/applications/dg-i20.pdf)
and submit it with your supplemental materials.
