Business & Entrepreneurship Law Co-op Program

To complete the requirements for the Business and Entrepreneurship Law Concentration, a student must complete a co-op related to business law and transactional lawyering.

These placements have ranged from working with the entrepreneurial business practice group at a leading national law firm based in Philadelphia, to assisting the general counsel of a multi-billion dollar private equity fund manager, to a securities law assignment at a major investment advisory organization, to placements with government regulators. These placements are designed for students entering their third year of study who have completed the core courses in the concentration’s curriculum. They often require a minimum GPA or other qualification.
