October 04, 2013

The Wall Street Journal online (subscription required) applauded law librarian John Cannan for his effort to explain the legislative history of the Affordable Care Act in his article published by the American Association of Law Libraries' journal.

The article entitled “A Legislative History of the Affordable Care Act: How Legislative Procedure Shapes Legislative History,” was published by the journal back in May.

A member of the law school’s adjunct faculty, Cannan teaches Intellectual Property Legal Research. Cannan writes frequently on legal and legal research topics.
