Professor Harvey Rishikof Discusses Cybersecurity Concerns in ABA Journal

In a Feb. 9 ABA Journal article, adjunct professor Harvey Rishikof weighed in on the cybersecurity concerns raised during the ABA Standing Committee on Law and National Security cybersecurity panel discussion in Dallas.

Rishikof expressed that one of the issued raised during the program, the act of placing digital information into a system solely for the purpose of tracking where it goes after a cyber attack, is something the ABA Cybersecurity Legal Task Force, of which he co-chairs, is examining closely. 

Professor Rishikof teaches National Security Law at the law school.  He also chairs the American Bar Association's Standing Committee on Law and National Security and was a senior policy advisor at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. He has previously taught courses involving national security law at the National War College and the Rogers Williams University Ralph R. Papitto School of Law.
