Professor Barry Furrow gave a talk, “Do Patients Really Benefit from the Affordable Care Act,” on Jan. 25 at the Center for Law, Health and Society at the Georgia State University College of Law.

On Jan. 27, Furrow discussed “Regulating Patient Safety: the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” at the University of Georgia School of Law.

Furrow, the director of the law school’s Health Law Program and lead author of “Health Law — Cases, Materials and Problems” (the leading casebook in the field and now in its 6th edition, is a nationally recognized expert.
