Hunter Tart, a member of the visiting faculty, presented at a symposium on “Law, Technology and Freedom: Emerging Issues,” Oct. 6 at Rutgers School of Law-Newark.

Tart was a panelist for a discussion of “Software Patentability in Light of the CyberSource Corp. v. Retail Decisions, Inc. Decision.”

The two-day symposium was organized by the Computer and Technology Law Journal.
