Jamin Raskin Discusses "Crisis in the Electoral College" on Nov. 22

American University Washington College of Law Professor Jamin Raskin will discuss "Crisis in the Electoral College: The Pennsylvania Plan, the National Popular Vote, and the Future of American Democracy" at the law school on Nov. 22.

Raskin is the director of the school's Law and Government Program and founder of the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. Also a Maryland State Senator, Raskin serves on the Judicial Proceedings Committee, the Joint Committee on Legislative Ethics, the Joint Committee on the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Coast, and the Joint Committee on State-Federal Relations.

The event, sponsored by the American Constitution Society, takes place at noon in Room 240.
