• Writing Requirement: |

• Subject to the approval of the
director of the IP concentration, each student must complete
a “substantial” writing project on an IP subject
or a closely related topic, requiring significant independent
and original research. These projects may be completed
as part of a course, a seminar, a law review note or an
independent
study at the Law School. However, a writing used to satisfy
this requirement cannot also be used to satisfy any other
requirement of the IP concentration.
