Jurisdiction   Cases of alleged violations of the University policies, rules, regulations, or standards of conduct are handled through the University's Student Conduct Process for the following: For full or part-time undergraduate, graduate, and Evening and Professional Studies students; For all recognized student organizations, including recognized fraternities and sororities; and For all behaviors occurring on and off campus.
