A planned outage has been scheduled for Administrative Systems at all locations from Sunday, March 26, 2017 at 6:00 AM until Sunday, March 26, 2017 at 12:00 PM. Due to critical system maintenance, all Administrative systems including Banner, Web Financials, Portal and Reporting systems will be unavailable Sunday March 26, 2017 from 6 am - 12 pm.

Office 365 Email Search Issues

Office 365 Email was restored to regular operation for all locations on Monday, February 27, 2017 at 2:33 PM. Email searching in Office 365 may not produce search results as expected within the Outlook Application or Outlook on the web. Microsoft is aware of the issue and is currently deploying a fix to the users at Drexel that are affected by this. This outage only affects users that have had their email already migrated to Office 365.

DrexelOne was restored to regular operation for all locations on Monday, February 27, 2017 at 2:22:27 PM. We are currently experiencing issues with real-time integration between Banner and DrexelOne. We have reverted to a manual integration process for now. We are currently running this every 6 hours. Because of this, you may experience a delay in seeing your information updated in DrexelOne. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working to restore real-time integration.
